Reservations for groups (more than 20 pax.) Can only be made during the medium or low season (consult by phone or e-mail), while individual reservations can be made in advance (if it is a high season weekend, only with fifteen days before) to the date of entry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For groups (more than 20 pax.):
- If cancellation occurs 5 days or less before the day of arrival, 100% of total amount will not be refounded.
- If cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the day of arrival, only 20% of total amount will be refounded.
- If cancellation occurs 45 days or less before the day of arrival, only 50% of total amount will be refounded.
. If cancellation occurs 46 days or more before the day of arrival, 100% of total amount will be refounded.
For individuals:
- If cancellation occurs 5 days or less before the day of arrival, 100% of total amount will not be refounded.
- If cancellation occursn between 15 and 6 days before the day of arrival, the total amount will be saved by one year to be used.
. If cancellation occurs 16 days or more before tha day of arrival, 100% of total amount will be refounded.
